Carnival doemt op als een geheimzinnig werktuig en ontpopt zich als een absurdistisch wagensprookje.
In en om de schilderachtige handkar wordt een hilarisch beeldverhaal uitgerold waarin de loop der dingen een prachtige wending neemt.
